I some severe pains in my right side about where my apendix is..?

Its not appendicitis. But I am pregnant. I am bleeding like a light period, but my number for my blood count is so low they think I am only a week pregnant. Anyways my question is can this be anything but a miscarriage? What else could the painbe? Its NOT an eptopic pregnancy. The baby is too small to be effecting my tubes. So weknow its NOT that. BUt I want my baby to grow and be ok. My blood count is still going upso I know the baby is growing. HELP
