Is this just more 'grandstanding' by the GOP?

Let the GOP party die once and for all. Other countries like Canada, the UK, Taiwan, Japan, Italy, France, Germany all provide their citizens health care via single payer system. And those countries are far from being communist. Actually America is more communist in that we resemble China in that we let people go without health care, rich poor gap is huge. In those ways we are just like China.
