companies are allowed to round down. so if its not in the top 5 ingredients then that means there is probably not THAT much trans fat. if it says "hydrogenated" anything in the ingredients but the nutrition table says 0 trans fat. that means theres less than 1gram. still trans fat isnt good for you it can cause lots of problems. try to stick to foods with non trans fat most of the time. occasionally its ok to eat food with trans fat. if it says 0 trans fat you can eat it but try to stay within a serving..or less
