Not necessarily. Is there a lot of stress in your life now? Are you just a meticulous person? Is there anything else about you that concerns you? Seems to me all you are doing is making a mental review of things you need to do. If you are really concerned about this see a counsellor but I don't see a problem here. Could be OCD obsessive compulsive disorder but I don't think that's your problem. Is there family or other household stress? Money, divorce, etc?
