Anyone know of any free sites to help find siblings put up for adoption in MN? i need to find my sister?

she was born in April 1974 in Rochester, MN and was adopted by a couple in St.Paul i believe through a lutheran adoptive agency; if anyone can give me any answers id be very grateful :)
