How do you think the prospect of the new "HIV vaccine" will affect our nation and nations around the world?

It would be, but don't count your vaccine chickens re: HIV. This has happened approximately 24 times before. It's the most complicated virus on earth and every time they think they have a vaccine it fails. The last vaccine trial made people sicker and had to be halted.
