EVERYONE IS SAYIN THAT WE SHOULD GO OUT BUT...( NEED ANSWERS ASAP)?

he's gettin enjoyment with messing with you maybe, but at the same time maybe he likes the way you react when those situations happen. I sometimes do it cause i enjoy the reactions that happen when i do it. Try not to react to anything and brush it off and see what happens.
