If your pediatrician says.....?

your 3 month old has a virus, and that it should be better in 1 -10 days, and it has been 2 weeks, should I be really concerned? My son has no fever and is well hydrated, drooling, tears, and cooing and all that, and I have been giving him some Pedialyte in between feedings as told, and there is no blood in stool or anything, just loose, watery stools about 4-7 diapers a day, sometimes not much at all, have any of you been in this situation? Do you think he is teething?
