Do Christians look for opportunities to be martyrs, sacrificing themselves like mythical Jesus?

This to them is the ultimate act of Christian faith, right? To die like their mythical hero Jesus would be an honor for them, right? If you combine this yearning for martyrism with their belief that the afterlife holds greater pleasure than their present life, it’s a bad combination and a combination of beliefs that devalues life, right? Their dogma makes them devalue their lives, doesn’t it?

Now the media are controlling us now ?

The Olympic torch doesn't belong in communist China, anyway. The Olympic spirit and communism don't mix. The Olympics celebrates competition while communism tries to stamp it out in the name of forced equality. I don't care what happens to it anymore, I'm not watching it.

Which defeated VP candidate was not immediately forgotten, but continued to enjoy superb publicity?

and made truckloads of money out of it? Which also begs a question: does such ability to turn a personal defeat into personal monetary windfall make that person smart or stupid?

Comment est mon francais?

Overall it is good. There are some small errors through the text (for example you would be better to say "Posez moi toutes les questions que vous voulez") - "une question" is feminine, and it is much better to user the verb "poser" rather than "demander" in such a case. You shouldn't say "demander une question." After that at the end you could end with something like "C'est tout ce qui me vient l'esprit." You are doing very well with your studies though, so keep learning and you will get even better.
