If you're in a league that you don't get penalized for transactions what I would do is drop Swisher and get a multi position guy like Derosa or Wiggington that could play on off days and not hurt your overall stats. With the pitching if your looking to help with ERA and WHIP get Broxton if you want help on W and K's drop Hirsh and find a two start pitcher with favorite matchups each week.
