I would be. The "blood" concerns me a bit. Contact your veterinarian and relay this information. Get an email address for them so you can keep them updated. If it's not better soon (like by tomorrow) or if it gets any worse at all, get the puppy back in. If the vet still seems unconcerned, you may want to consider another vet.
