Context is a big role on this, but some words you could use to help indicate when exactly, would be "jetzt," as in, Jetzt h�re ich Musik = I'm listening to music now, as opposed to Ich h�re Musik = I listen to music, which could indicate a general fact, or a fact that's happening this very moment, that's why context is the main key, but you can still you "time-words" has indicators as well to help you out
