OFFERED PAROLE AND STILL LOST!?

I am wanting to know how this situation is going to play out... male offered parole from the state of TEXAS after being incarcerated for 7-8 months, released in August went back to jail in October for ATT. UAL AULT charge by the way this is a felony charge right?? Hired a lawyer.. also says the female is lying.. So there really is 2 charges.. revocation on his parole and the felony charge.. how will this play out??
