First person shooter movement and camera question?

Ermm your paragraph of details left me puzzled for a moment... Do you mean when you look around while sprinting and moving? I really can't understand what you're trying to ask but if you have a ps3, add me: QuicK-ReFLeXx- it would be better if you can show and address the situation to me in the game itself. I've play cod since cod4 came out but stopped for awhile now. I'm still as good as those youtubers though.
